First store opens in Chapel St, Victoria.

First Just Jeans store opens in New Zealand.

Acquisition of Jay Jays Jeans Warehouse (est.1973).
Renamed Jay Jays.

Acquisition of Jacqueline Eve (est.1950).
Renamed Jacqui E.

Acquisition of Peter Alexander Sleepwear (est. 1987),
taking number of stores to 500.

Acquisition of Portmans (est. 1946).

The Group lists on the Australian Stock Exchange
and renames to The Just Group.
Acquisition of Dotti (est. 1981).
First Peter Alexander retail store opens.

Acquisition of Smiggle (est. 2003).

On 8 August 2008, Premier Investments obtained a controlling interest in the shares of Just Group Limited following an off-market takeover offer for all of the Group shares that commenced on 31 March 2008. Just Group Limited was removed from the Official ASX List on 22 September 2008 and became a non listed public company.

The Just Group Support Office moves to 457 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

Smiggle launch their wholesale distribution channel.

The Just Group launch it's multibrand eCommerce site allowing customers to shop across all 7 brands from the one site.
