Just Jeans Announces Name Change To Just Group
The Board and Senior Management are pleased to announce that Just Jeans Group has changed its name to Just Group Limited. In announcing the name change Managing Director Mr Howard McDonald said "Just Jeans opened its first store in Chapel Street, Prahran in December 1970. Founded by the Kimberley family the name became synonymous with the growth of denim jeans. The business has grown dramatically since then throughout Australia and New Zealand adding exciting new retail concepts to a point where it is no longer just jeans."
"We now have a diversified mix of iconic brands such as Just Jeans, Portman's, Jay Jay's, Jacqui E, Peter Alexander and a range of street fashion concept stores representing labels including Levi's, Stussy and Mooks. We have adopted a new name, Just Group which reflects this portfolio of brands whilst staying true to the origins of the Company."
